You Mirin — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of You Mirin ("the Service"), including the You Mirin software, Discord community access, and related support. By purchasing, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Service.

1. The Service

  1. You Mirin provides automated checkout software for selected UK retail websites and associated private Discord community access.
  2. The Service is provided to individual purchasers for personal use. Business or team licensing is not covered by these Terms and requires a separate agreement.

2. Eligibility and account

  1. You must be 18 or older to purchase the Service.
  2. Your Whop account email is used to deliver your license and Discord invitation. You are responsible for the security of your Whop account.
  3. Each license is tied to one purchaser. Sharing, reselling, or transferring your license, Discord access, or download is prohibited.

3. Payment, subscriptions, and billing

  1. Prices are shown at checkout in the currency and amount that will be charged. Prices may be inclusive of VAT where applicable.
  2. Subscription licenses renew automatically at the then-current rate until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your Whop account; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the paid period.
  3. Free trials, when offered, require a valid payment method. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your card will be charged the subscription fee for the first period and each renewal thereafter.

4. Refunds and chargebacks

  1. All sales are final once your license key has been delivered. See the Refund Policy for full detail.
  2. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal after key delivery results in immediate termination of your license and a permanent ban from You Mirin and the associated Discord server.

5. Software licence

  1. The software supplied with the Service is licensed, not sold, under the terms of the End User License Agreement (EULA). You must accept the EULA before using the software.
  2. You Mirin retains all intellectual property rights in the software.

6. Discord and community conduct

  1. Discord access is granted at You Mirin's discretion and is tied to your active subscription.
  2. You will not harass other members, share license keys or software files, encourage illegal activity, or impersonate You Mirin staff. Breach of these rules results in removal from the server and may result in licence termination without refund.

7. Support and updates

  1. Support is provided on a best-effort basis through the official Discord server.
  2. Software updates are released at You Mirin's discretion. You Mirin does not guarantee that any specific site or feature will be supported indefinitely.

8. No warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uptime, availability of third-party sites, or that the Service will successfully complete any purchase or pass any anti-bot check.

9. Limitation of liability

  1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, You Mirin's total aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
  2. You Mirin is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, missed purchases, declined transactions, account bans or suspensions on third-party sites, or shipping delays.
  3. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

10. Your responsibility on third-party sites

You are solely responsible for how you use the Service, including compliance with the terms of service of any third-party retailer or service you interact with using the software, and with applicable law in your jurisdiction.

11. Termination

  1. Your rights under these Terms terminate automatically if you breach any term.
  2. You Mirin may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, for breach, abuse, sharing of licence keys, or chargebacks. No refund is owed on termination for breach.

12. Changes to these Terms

You Mirin may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on the product page. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence where required by local law.
