You Mirin — Refund Policy
Last updated: 15 October 2026
This Refund Policy explains when a refund is and is not available for You Mirin software subscriptions. By purchasing, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. All sales are final after key delivery
You Mirin is a digital software product delivered immediately on purchase through automatic generation of a licence key and access to the private Discord community. Because the product is delivered the moment you purchase, all sales are final once your licence key has been issued.
By completing a purchase you expressly waive your statutory right of withdrawal under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, Regulation 37(1)(a), and equivalent EU rules, and acknowledge that no refund will be issued once the licence key has been delivered.
2. Free trials
Where a free trial is offered, you are not charged during the trial period provided that you cancel before the trial ends.
You may cancel at any time from your Whop account. Cancellation stops the trial and prevents any future charge.
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged the subscription fee and the "all sales are final" rule in clause 1 applies.
3. Subscription cancellation
Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals.
Cancellation does not refund the current paid period. You retain access until the end of the paid period, after which your licence becomes inactive.
4. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal after your licence key has been delivered is a breach of these terms.
Chargebacks result in immediate termination of your licence, removal from the You Mirin Discord server, and a permanent ban preventing future purchases.
Where a chargeback is initiated in bad faith we reserve the right to pursue the amount owed, together with any associated chargeback fees and administrative costs, through debt collection or the courts.
5. Exceptional refunds
Refunds may be issued only where required by non-waivable law. Examples include:
A demonstrable failure on our part to deliver the Software at all, where no licence key was ever generated.
A duplicate charge caused by a billing error, where no second licence was activated.
Any other circumstance in which non-waivable UK or EU consumer law requires a refund.
Refund requests on these grounds must be sent to general@pc2go.co.uk within 14 days of the charge, with the purchase email, the order ID, and a brief description of the issue.
6. We will not refund
For clarity, we will not refund you in any of the following circumstances:
You decided after purchase that you no longer want the subscription.
The Software did not successfully complete a purchase on a third-party retailer site, or was unable to pass a specific anti-bot check or queue bypass.
A target retailer has changed its systems in a way that reduced or eliminated the Software's effectiveness.
You were banned or suspended on a third-party retailer site, or your purchased stock was cancelled by the retailer.
You failed to supply your own proxies, captcha-solving credits, or working payment methods.
You failed to cancel a free trial before it ended.
You cancelled part way through a paid period and wish to be refunded for the unused days.
7. How to request a refund
If you believe you qualify under clause 5, email general@pc2go.co.uk with your purchase email, order ID, and the reason for the request. We respond within seven working days.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The current version is always available on the product page.
