You Mirin — End User License Agreement

Last updated: 15 October 2026

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between You Mirin ("Licensor") and the individual purchasing or using the You Mirin software ("Licensee", "you"). By installing, launching, or using the software, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the software.

1. Licence grant

  1. Subject to this EULA and your active subscription, Licensor grants Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the You Mirin software ("Software") on a single device for personal, non-commercial use.
  2. The Software is licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights, including copyright and trade marks, remain with Licensor.

2. Permitted use

You may use the Software only in accordance with this EULA, the You Mirin Terms of Service, and applicable law.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  1. copy, distribute, resell, sublicense, lease, rent, lend, or share the Software, your licence key, or your Discord access;
  2. reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or underlying algorithms of the Software, except where this restriction is prohibited by law;
  3. modify, adapt, create derivative works from, or incorporate the Software into any other product or service;
  4. remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Software;
  5. use the Software on more than one device concurrently per licence;
  6. use the Software for any unlawful purpose or to breach the terms of service of any third-party site.

4. Licensee responsibilities

  1. You are solely responsible for configuring and operating the Software, including supplying any proxies, captcha-solving credits, retailer accounts, and payment methods required.
  2. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of any third-party website or service you interact with using the Software, and with applicable consumer protection, tax, and resale laws in your jurisdiction.
  3. You are responsible for securing your device, your Whop account, and any personal or financial data entered into the Software.

5. Data stored by the Software

  1. Payment card data, retailer account credentials, and shipping addresses that you enter into the Software are stored locally on your device. Licensor does not receive or store this data.
  2. The Software may transmit anonymised crash reports, performance metrics, and licence verification pings to Licensor. See the Privacy Policy for detail.

6. Updates

  1. Licensor may release updates to the Software at its discretion.
  2. You acknowledge that updates may change features and that third-party sites may at any time implement defences that reduce or eliminate the Software's effectiveness for those sites.

7. No warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT IT WILL SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETE ANY PARTICULAR PURCHASE, PASS ANY ANTI-BOT CHECK, OR BYPASS ANY QUEUE.

8. Limitation of liability

  1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Licensor's total aggregate liability under this EULA is limited to the fees paid by Licensee in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
  2. Licensor is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost resale opportunities, missed purchases, declined transactions, account bans or suspensions on third-party sites, or shipping delays.
  3. Nothing in this EULA excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Termination

  1. This licence terminates automatically if you breach any term of this EULA.
  2. Licensor may terminate or suspend your licence, with or without notice, for breach of this EULA or the Terms of Service, abuse of the Service, sharing of licence keys, or chargebacks. On termination you must stop using the Software and destroy any copies in your possession.
  3. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination (including Restrictions, Licensee responsibilities, No warranty, Limitation of liability, and Governing law) survive termination.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

This EULA is governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence where required by local law.

11. Contact

Questions about this EULA can be sent to general@pc2go.co.uk or raised in the official You Mirin Discord.
